Together, we’ll help your child navigate big feelings with confidence and connection.

When your child is struggling, it can feel like you’re carrying the weight of the world.

Whether you’re navigating a child who is anxious, a teen who seems overwhelmed, or a young person who’s suddenly pulling away, it’s easy to feel unsure of what to do next. You might find yourself wondering if you’re missing something or if you should somehow “know” how to help.

You’re not alone—and you’re not expected to figure this out on your own.
I’m here to meet you and your child exactly where you are, without judgment, pressure, or expectations.

I work with children, adolescents, and teens who are facing anxiety, school stress, emotional challenges, and big life transitions. My approach is warm, patient, and grounded in trust. Young people can sense when someone is genuinely interested in their inner world, and my first priority is helping them feel safe enough to open up in a way that feels natural for them.

Before becoming a therapist, I worked directly with youth in school and after-school settings, helping students build confidence, navigate friendships, and make sense of difficult emotions. Those experiences shaped the heart of my work today: every child wants to feel understood, capable, and valued.

In our sessions, I help kids slow down and make sense of what they’re feeling—whether it shows up as worry, frustration, perfectionism, or shutting down. I use play, creativity, and conversation (in whatever way fits your child best) to help them express themselves and build skills to navigate tough moments.

I also collaborate closely with parents when appropriate, because your insight matters. Parenting a struggling child can feel confusing and isolating, and you deserve support just as much as your child does. Together, we’ll explore what’s happening beneath the surface and find ways to bring more clarity, connection, and calm into your home.

My goal is to help young people feel empowered and understood—and to help families move forward with more confidence and compassion.

I provide therapy under the supervision of Suri Nowosiolski, LCSW, , MSpEd. (CA Lic. 110814) at Hearts & Minds Psychotherapy Group.

My goal is to help young people feel understood and empowered — and to help families navigate challenges with more clarity and connection.

Before becoming a therapist, I worked closely with young people in schools and after-school programs, supporting them through everyday challenges — friendship struggles, academic stress, and the big feelings that often go unnoticed. What always stood out to me was how much kids open up when they feel genuinely understood. That experience shaped the way I show up as a therapist: present, patient, and deeply invested in getting to know who your child really is.

In therapy, I want your child to feel like they can exhale — like this is a space where they don’t have to be perfect, get it “right,” or pretend they’re okay when they’re not. I pay attention to the things that matter to them: what lights them up, what worries them, what overwhelms them, and how they make sense of their world. Those details guide our work and help us build skills that feel real and usable outside the therapy room.

I also know how discouraging it can be when nothing seems to help, or when your child’s struggles keep resurfacing despite your best efforts. My role is to slow things down, understand what’s truly getting in the way, and create a plan that fits your child’s unique needs — not a one-size-fits-all solution. I’m here not just to support your child during tough moments, but to help your family grow stronger, more connected, and more confident over time.

Therapy isn’t about staying forever. It’s about helping your child develop the tools, insight, and self-trust they need to navigate life with more ease. If you’re ready to explore what’s possible, I’d be honored to walk alongside your family as you move toward clarity and change.
