I’ll meet you where you are with support that truly fits your family.
If you feel at your wits’ end—with an anxious child, a teen pushing you away, or managing the stress of everyday life—I’m here to help you find a way forward. The experience of being a parent is layered with both joy and heartache, but nothing can feel quite as isolating as watching your child struggle without knowing how to reach them.
You’re not failing. In fact, by seeking help, you’re already showing both courage and a deep commitment to doing what’s best for your family. I work with families who are struggling under the weight of helplessness and confusion because I understand just how overwhelming it can feel.
My approach is centered on truly understanding the unique world of each family and child. I specialize in working with children, teens, and parents who are navigating anxiety, emotional struggles, and the family dynamics that may be creating tension. Children want to feel truly seen. Parents want to help them thrive. My role is to help bridge that gap—so you can move forward with clarity and connection.
For younger children, I bring play therapy into our work to help them express their feelings and begin to learn how to manage big emotions. With teens, I create a relaxed, non-judgmental environment where they can open up at their own pace. I don’t expect them to “talk it out” in the way adults might, but instead use their interests and natural ways of expressing themselves as a foundation for our work together.
For parents, I provide a blend of support and education to help them understand what’s going on beneath the surface. Parenting can feel like navigating a maze—so often, parents feel misunderstood by their children, and children feel misunderstood by their parents. My work focuses on bridging those gaps through improved communication and a better understanding of how different people experience the world.
I’ve always been passionate about helping young people grow into their best selves: building confidence, navigating friendships, and learning how capable they truly are.
Before becoming a therapist, I was a teacher and I loved being the kind of adult kids could rely on—someone who really understood their world and made them feel seen. Now, as a therapist, that’s still my goal. I bring a fresh perspective, a warm, approachable style, and a real curiosity about your child’s day-to-day life. I want therapy to feel like a place where they can be themselves, where they feel heard, and where they can start to believe in their own strength.
I recognize you’ve probably tried advice, techniques, or maybe even therapy before, only to feel like nothing really stuck. Here, there aren’t any cookie-cutter solutions.
Instead, we’ll build an approach that actually works for your family. I won’t just help in the moment or be there for a quick “fix”—I’ll be here to make sure you feel empowered and confident handling challenges long after our sessions. Ultimately, I’m here to help your child and family develop the tools they need, so they don’t have to be in therapy forever.
If you’re ready to make a change, let’s start a conversation. Together, we can work through the challenges you’re facing and find solutions that fit your family’s needs.
